Sooooooo I used to run at high school and haven't since. 5 weeks ago I worried about being able to do 1 min, then I worried all day at work about my 3 min, 5 mins seemed impossible....and 8 mins-as if!!! I ran them all and was so proud but tonight was the huge hill to climb...20 mins running and no walking. No way I thought! I said to myself it's fine, I'll just do 10 mins then have a walk, I'm still going out in the driving rain, it's freezing, it's Friday night, I've just covered both feet in the freezing cold water of the puddle, brilliant. At least I'm going out. But I did it!!!!! I did it!! I kept going, I got in a rhythm, my breathing didn't feel too bad and before I knew it I'd ran for a full 20 minutes. It seemed an impossibility 5 weeks ago, but I've done it. This app has made me a new person, I look forward to my runs, I feel like I've achieved so much. Thanks so much for this app!
