There's a different podcast for each run in week 5 - you use the Run 1 podcast for your first run, then the Run 2 podcast for your second run, and so on. (If for some reason yours aren't labelled as Run 1/2/3 then just have a listen to the first minute or so, it should be easy to tell which is which.)
I definitely wouldn't just pick one and do it three times, or you might get stuck doing three 20 minute runs!!
