Week 5 - Clarification

Sorry for being thick here, but I am due to start Week five on Wednesday and need a bit of clarification.

There are three different podcasts for week five. Does this mean you do one of each in week five? or pick one and do it three times?

There's a different podcast for each run in week 5 - you use the Run 1 podcast for your first run, then the Run 2 podcast for your second run, and so on. (If for some reason yours aren't labelled as Run 1/2/3 then just have a listen to the first minute or so, it should be easy to tell which is which.)

I definitely wouldn't just pick one and do it three times, or you might get stuck doing three 20 minute runs!!

Thanks Angel Cake, for a 36 year old overweight man, who hasnt run in any shape or form since the dreaded winter Cross Country humiliation at school, I am quietly pleased that I have got this far
