Finally! A gap in the clouds

Hi all,

Today I did wk 4 r1 and my doom cloud that’s been dogging me for a while now has cracked a little 🤏 . I took a week off running due to stuff getting in the way and my back decided it was going to go into spasm. It disappeared as suddenly as it arrived and for some reason I was wide awake at 5am this morning (not normally an early riser). I had this urge to go out and I whilst I was procrastinating yesterday about repeating a wk 3 run, my head said nope, just try wk4. This morning was the best run I’ve had yet. My head cleared, my legs felt good, my breathing felt comfortable. Everything just felt easier, I could have kept going.

I hope I get this feeling again. It doesn’t matter if I don’t but at least now I can remember what I’m looking for.

Have a good day everyone

that sounds brilliant! The weather this time of the year often helps get us out there up close to nature. So that and your own strength seems to have made for a success recipe to get you out early!

Wishing you many more mornings like these!

Thank you. The birds were very loud this morning so that might have contributed to me being awake so early but I’ll take it. Always wanted to be a morning person!

That sounds like a huge breakthrough. Well done. I'm an early morning runner and I love that time of day.
