I've just completed week five run two and I cant stop scaring myself about the next run. So I was wondering am I ready? In particular, people who completed it, were you exhausted/tired/completely fine after week 5 run TWO? Is it possible to struggle a bit with run two but then succeed at run three?
Despite my worries, I am excited for it just want to be prepared.
Thanks so much for reading!

It's just another run to be honest. Treat it with the same respect as the others. Make sure you don't go off too fast and the work you've put in from your previous runs will see you through. I have no doubt that you have got this🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
Thanks ill keep telling myself that too. I have no doubt I've got this. Surely if my brain can trick me into worrying, I can trick it into believing lol
Thanks for both replies its scary how our brains can trick us into thinking we can't do it. But then I use to die after a minute and was scared of moving up to three! Like you said the programme is clever
I've just completed wk5 r1 tonight and found it tough! I was tired before I started which didn't help, but I'm perversely looking forward to W5r2. I think it's just worth giving it a go, you've managed to complete them up to this point, and somehow your body gets you there. Go for it, what have you got to lose?
But seriously, I agree. No harm in just trying it.
Well done on week 5 run 1!
Well I am just where you are. Finished the run about an hour ago. My brain cannot work out how I will just keep going- need to switch that brain off I think!!
Then agin 3 minutes looked impossible so ..... here's to that run 🏃.
I'm feeling the same having just completed W5 R2, I can't imagine keeping going for 20 minutes! But then again I honestly thought eight minutes would be beyond me and although I'm red faced and out of breath, it wasn't as bad as I had imagined xx
