Week 4run 2 complete.

So I have done two of the three runs of week four and I'm still enjoying it. Still surprised by the fact that I can run for 5 minutes. I have to admit that I want to lie down after my second five minute stint but I've done it.

Plan to do run 3 Monday but I've read the week five runs and they look scary Mary stuff.

Well done, I'm sure when you get to week 5 it'll come to you ... least that's what I keep telling myself 😉

Well done! Someone told me that weeks 4-5 are the 'miracle' weeks where you suddenly find you CAN do it. I have to say it's true.

I myself found week 3 the hardest, and was disheartened as on the poll this was the least selected option as the hardest.

Don't worry about week 5, just take one run at a time. The first run is just 3x5 and you know you can do 5 min stints. Then it's 8, but there's only two of them, so just 1 min extra. Run 3, well we shan't discuss. Though I just completed it half an hour ago and feel great! To think of going from 3 mins to 20 mins in 2 weeks is amazing, but it is doable!

Good work, keep at it.

Sort out the next run then enjoy the rest days. Each week looks like a step up from here on in.
