Just back from W5R2. There was a brief break in the rain so thought I'd go for it. I ran by the river and it was lovely. Two lots of eight minutes went quite well, using the Niko Niko way 👣
I know the next run is the continuous 20 minute one but everything we've done so far has prepared us for it. Roll on Monday and enjoy the rest of your weekend everybody😀 !!

glad you have done it all power to you !, keep it up. I did run week four run three this morning in torrential rain , I wore shorts for the first time hoping it would prevent me getting to hot and my legs were bright red with cold when I got back. I was absolutely soaked through to the skin but I kept at it and did the run. All the very best to you next week I’m dreading but I’ll keep positive..
I’ll try this niko niko thing on Monday looks quite hard to get the rhythm ?. Whether I can jog as fast as I can walk I don’t know maybe best keeping to what I know ?.
Well done for completing your run in the rain. I promise you that you're ready for Week Five ! And yes, do your run your way - whatever suits you best. Good luck
Thank you very much I appreciate your good wishes it’s very helpful all the positivity from your good self and the other great members on here. I did week 5 run 1 this morning it seems a bit weird doing 5 x 3 when week 4 was more minutes running. I find that I start running 30 seconds before the 3/2/1 go of Steve Cram I always have done a little extra for the past two gojng on three weeks just to try and be ready for the next one!. I just hope my legs hold out on these longer ones later this week. If I can crack them I’ll be very happy but I can’t really do this slow running stuff I tried to do it this morning but couldn’t get the hang of running on the front part of my feet. Thanks again
Wednesdays run I ain’t looking forward to as apparently it’s a bit well a lot longer but I’ll try to be positive
