Great 👍 hope your run 3 goes well. It’s strange I find run 2s the hardest most weeks. Plan to do W8R1 Sunday nice and early.
Extra rest days when you need them are a really good coaching decision to make! Glad you’re feeling better and congratulations on another week ticked off. Those ticks keep on coming!
