Hi all I've just completed week 7 but really dont think I've got the extra 3 mins in me that week 8 consists of? Has anyone else felt like this but done week 8?

The increases from 25 to 28 and then 30 minutes seem huge at the start of the week but then you just do it! You definitely can do it - just listen to your coach and push through.

I empathise with those feelings, been there, but actually you can do those runs, no worries...don't overthink it, in the words of the 'Nike, slogan 'just do it'. Go for it, you'll smash it 🙂

Well done on getting this far. Maybe an extra rest day might help? I left two days in between at that stage and it worked for me. I’m guessing like most of us you didn’t think you’d be able to run for three minutes when you started this programme and now look: the podium is in sight! It’s a psychological battle more than a physical one at this stage. Good luck x

You have got it in you and you can do it. Believe in yourself, you'll be amazed at what you can do. Take it slow, relax and enjoy and be proud when you run those extra minutes. Good luck 🤞 😊 🏃
