Well runs 2 and 3 felt pretty tough especially towards the end but my progress continues.
Feeling a little worried about week 8, 3 extra minutes doesnt sound long anymore but I didnt have much left at the end of the last 2 runs.

Hi Kermit. Stick with it - you will manage and be running for that bus! It is amazing how this programme increases your fitness in such a short time - I noticed myself being less out of breath when running - even if it is when taking in the sheep. Good luck for your next run
Well done on completing w7. It's natural to be a little anxious, I was exactly the same on nearly all of the runs The fact you have completed w7 will have improved your fitness and stamina levels so you'll probably find you can manage that extra 3 minutes. If not, don't worry about it. No harm redoing the run if required but I think you'll be fine. Good luck :),
Just make sure you start off slowly, even slower than you think, and you'll be fine. If you need to walk a bit, then do, and carry on running again once you've recovered.
I'm sure you'll manage the whole run though!
Well done. You can do this just make sure you are slow and steady especially at the start. If you follow the programme you will be ready and if you doubt it just remind yourself where you were 7 weeks ago. Looking forward to seeing your graduation post
Simples! Just take it slow and steady - have faith in yourself! You CAN do this! Congratulations on completing w7
Thanks for the encouragement guys, Week 8 Run 1 is planned for tonight. May see about updating my music selections a little for these longer runs and see if that helps me keep going
Just keep it slow and steady - that way you'll have more left in the tank at the end, and won't even notice those extra minutes.
