Just finished my last 25 minute repeat run of week 7 and felt like I was flying 🏃♀️. I used MapMyRun tonight for the first time in years and got extra motivation from hearing it tell me how fast I was going per km and when I reached the km milestones. Managed 3.72 km in 25 minutes so felt a bit daunted by the goal of making it to 5 km in just another 5 mins 😕. But I felt good and thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt like a proper runner again! And this was the reward at the end of my run : ).
