Well done Rich, your edging closer to the finish line mate which is why we all started this madness lol. I'm having that with my legs feeling like lead after each of these long runs but surely it will get easier the more we run yeah lol? Someone told me drink plenty of water to combat the heavy legs but like you said it doesn't seem to do nowt lol. I think its just the more we run the better we get . Anyway your killing it matey so thumbs up to ya 👍👍👌✌

Yeah I’m sure we are getting better mate, thing is with this weather I think you’d have to drink water constantly to be anywhere near hydrated enough to combat the lead legs, just shows how determined we are I think 😂

Well done Rich! The humidity is a killer, can't seem to sweat enough to cool down and seems like there's no air! So well done for getting on it even in those conditions 👍

Can't have a PB every time, as long as you're getting it done that's what matters.

Definitely keep drinking the water, it does make a difference and when it's hot like this your body needs even more.

Thank you 😊 I honestly don’t know if I could drink any more water, I’m of an age where if I did I’d be in the loo every 5 mins 😂😂 and as for sweating enough I don’t think that’s a problem cos I’m still sweating now after a cold shower 😂🤘😂🤘

😆 I hear ya with the toilet breaks! Well, and the sweat - I was super sweaty yesterday, it just didn't cool me down as it was so humid!

You have to drink every day, not just on run days so your body doesn't have a "water debt" (for lack of a better way to put it).

just think of all the extra exercise going to the loo all the time (I think I've worn a track in the carpet at work :D )

but it is so hot and muggy at the moment that I think it's harder anyway

I do hydrate every day if I can, some times work gets in the way though 🤘🤘🤪🤘
