That last run felt harder than the 2nd run. I usually run first thing in the morning but had to do this one early afternoon so don't know if that made a difference? I still managed to up the pace for the last minute again (+1.5 mph) and I increased the incline of the treadmill from 1 to 2. That's my favourite part of the run as I really enjoy the extra work at the end... No idea what's happened to me! Lol
