Hi, did my first run in week 6 today. It wasn't too bad. I'm saving the big one, run 3 that's 25 mins for Parkrun on Saturday.

🍏 ooh enjoy Park Run! Don’t be tempted to run it too fast especially the first 10 mins. Easy pace will get you to the finish line! Well done!
