Well, I think I've got the breathing bit done. Being an asthmatic older lady I needed to sort the breathing out. I think, as always I was starting too fast. This time I went slower at the start and breathing adjusted itself and it was fine. I even put in the beginnings of a hill and a quick extra jog to get past a tractor. Feeling good. Onwards and upwards.
