As planned, W4 R3 done this morning, before I started this journey I thought this would be the week I would have to repeat over and over until I could do the five minute sections BUT with the help of this community I've had no trouble. I've even done run 3 on a three degree incline, I started the week on one degree.
Here's where it starts to get interesting, I'm now going to be doing minimum of five minutes and a maximum of TWENTY (!), I think it's time to cover the time display on the treadmill or at least for run 3!
What I do know is this, on the first attempt I may not manage twenty minutes jogging but I won't stop, I may walk but unless I literally fall over I will keep moving.
Onwards and upwards.

Looks like my wife's knee could be heading towards needing surgery, she's not really wanting another op as she's had quite a few in the past for various reasons but it could come down to it being either left and never getting better or having keyhole surgery and it hopefully being sorted.
You're doing well and I think covering the time display is worth doing. I used to run on a treadmill when I started the programme and watched the seconds ticking by so slowly. Covering the display meant I stoped focussing on how far/long I had run and just got into my breathing and rhythm.
Now I run outside so don't have that problem anymore. 😀
