At the start of the week, I was dreading the 5 minute runs. Now I can manage them.

Going to take one run at a time for next week as they seem to get longer and looooonger :-)

You can do this! I was full of doubt about week 5, but I did it. Even if you can't do it all at once, just keep trying. Way to go!

You'll be just fine. I just started week six. It gets t easier after a while. The biggest challenge is mental. Well done for getting back on track

Good advice, trust the programme because any run seems daunting but you can do it! Slow and steady 😊 Julie

I have just finished W4 too and like you was dreading 5 min runs so W5 does look a bit of a challenge. But every week I have been able to do what Laura tells me to do (!) and I am beginning to think that she wouldn't ask me to do anything I'm not capable of! So W5 - here we come!

Well done! 5 min blocks are the foundation. I often mentally still break my runs into 5 min sections, it really helps. And that's the trick, one run & one week at a time. You'll get there!
