W4R3 done

So I got to the end of week 4 and am psyching myself up for w5 on Monday. I’ve heard it’s a landmark week so a little bit nervous. Anyhoo, week 4 has been kind to me and I even changed my route to cover inclines in the second half of R3 and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m determined to complete C25K and have actually started to believe I can. 😁

Don’t worry about W5, as the durations increase you can always slow down! And as you’ve completed W4 you are ready for this! And it feels great when you’ve done it!!

Week 5 is just another week and the inaccurate fictions about it are dealt with in this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Hiya I'm doing w4r3 today as well 👐

This is my 2nd time around (wk7 before life got on the way) so can say that wk5 is totally doable :)

If in doubt go slow then slow some more 🤗

You've got this! 💪🏃‍♀️

Thanks. ‘Slow and steady‘ is my mantra! Good luck for your run today. BTW, I do glute exercises after every run which I have credited for taking away my pain. Took a couple of weeks but I kept running.

Well done you. Thanks for your kind encouragement. I do like the way this program makes me feel so energised all the time. 👍 Definitely off the couch from now on.
