Headed out early without Laura who was my comfort blanket but coach Bennett from NRC had my back lol 😆……Drizzly rain 🌧️ and nice and cool I kept a steady pace and ran for 31 minutes which I thought was sensible to increase by just a little ..distance doesn’t matter to me yet but I covered 4.6k in the time ….cool down walk then home and 6 minutes of stretching to help my body …have a great day everyone 🥰💪😊👌🌧️🎉

🍏Oh so excellent 👌Great photo! I like coach Bennett, he keeps one going! A fresh bit of rain too, to accompany you… Your steady pace & distance are really good. Don’t be tempted to add any more minutes, until after a few more consolidation runs, is the sage advice on the pinned posts. A cool down walk & stretching are excellent habits. Well done!!!

Thank you Annieapple I’m going back to 30 mins next run 🏃🏻‍♂️…my stretching before and after are so beneficial no aches or pains in the afternoons…I appreciate the advice thanks 😊 🙏
