I felt a little guilty NOT using Sarah for today’s thirty minutes but I wanted to see if I could manage without her -and I did. I actually quite liked not being reminded of each five minute segment (and that’s what I thought I’d miss) I used an app called Tabata to measure time of warm up walk/ run/ cool down walk. It was the same lovely pace, but new place because we’re away for the weekend. Happy weekend everyone 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
