So I ran weeks 8 & 9 in Norfolk which is officially the flattest place on the planet 😀 hence my decent 5K times. Now I'm back in Sheffield which is quite opposite. Those inclines are a killer. I still managed 5.5K over the 30 minutes so not too bad but oh my are the legs suffering.

A friend of ours started running to raise money for a charity - I shan't go into the details - and she went from never having run (but being slim and very, very tall for a woman) to running a 10 miler in London.
It can be done, and we KNOW you can achieve your goal...
