So graduated on 2 May and tried Stepping Stones in the post C25K and didn’t like it. It’s meant to improve pace I think but I’ve decided I’m happy with my pace for now. Tried using my own playlist and ran for 40 minutes yesterday covering 4.4k with the 10 minutes of warm up and cool down it was 6k in total. So glad I took this up in January and have been slow and steady since following advice on here. Thanks everyone. Does this sound ok? Just thought trying to run a bit further each time might work but don’t want to ruin it now 😊

Hi, I think I must’ve graduated about the same time as you. I feel the move from C25K both freeing and also scary as there is no structure. At the moment I’m trying to integrate other sports and running a little further than 30 mins a few times a week. I may do a Park Run at some point and also considering C210k but if I do that I don’t think will rigidly do 3 times a week but more gradual. Who knows? I logged in and we can go straight in at Wk9. Is weird having no aim/structure at the moment though 🥴

Thanks Jelly-bean16. I agree with the ‘freeing and scary’ at the same time 😬 I’ll take a look at c210k thank you. Feel I want a few more longer runs done before a Park Run. Thanks for replying. It’s good to talk to someone at the same sort of stage. Happy running 🏃‍♀️

I haven’t tried the c210k myself yet. The app looks different to C25K but it seems to recognise that I graduated. I may do it next time and then free run in between. I like the idea of having something to aim for although 10K maybe a bit too far. I’m definitely feeling that I’m getting stronger every week 💪 and running getting easier 😀

There is a plan called jujus Magic 10 on here if you search and that goes from 5k-10k if that’s any help to you?
