So I braved it and did my first ‘unaccompanied’ run - no C25K app with Laura talking through the run. I just had my playlist and a timer on my phone. And I did it! I only went and did it!
What a feeling! Still not a 5k’er but I have another 30 minute run under my belt 😊

Thank you. I have got the running bug. I’m still embarrassingly slow but I get such a sense of achievement every time I finish a run. I hope I never lose that. Btw - you too 😊
No such thing as embarrassingly slow, ha ha! It's two months since I graduated and I am still just going out doing the 30 minute run twice a week, still not run a 5k, but not at all worried
Well done JetsNanna 👍 try the Nike Run Club app, you get a wide choice of runs varying in time and distance and coach Bennett is great, it works same way as C25k, you use your own playlist and he guides you through the run you choose with great tips and encouragement.....it’s free too 👍
