2nd outdoor run and less ack!

Today I drove to a less hilly spot, slowed down (soooo slow), and ran on grass instead of pavement as much as possible. Instead of it taking me 4 miles of stop and go to get in 2 miles of running, today I was able to get in 2miles of running within 3 miles total. I only stopped twice to walk a bit during the 2 running miles. I still have a ways to go, but I definitely feel better.

What do do about the first 10 minutes or so of shin pain? It stops after that, but it’s definitely unpleasant. But nothing else hurt today! Much better than Wednesday.
