I feel like I'm really starting to get to grips with this running milarky. Had a fab run this evening, where I enjoyed every moment, never once felt like I needed to stop and even ran for 33 minutes instead of 30. The odds were stacked against me as i was tired after a full day at work, it's my first run in the rain and my music stopped playing at around the 4k mark, but despite all that it just felt right, and I felt good running and feel amazing now!
I tracked my full workout including the walks at 5.7k and the actual running at 4.2k. Still a way to go to get to the 5k running, but progress is definitely being made. Go me!!!
