Feeling real proud of myself for venturing outdoors this morning. I been running on treadmill so far and I can’t believe how much quicker the time went outside probably the change of scenery I suppose its better than looking at a wall lol. I had 2 weeks off the program and was supposed to do w4 r1 but thought I best back track to get back into it. Looking forward to start of week 4 Friday now. 🏃‍♀️

Well done. I only moved outside from the treadmill in the gym after week 3. It is different but like you, it is more interesting! I will still use the treadmill now and then, but it is great to get outside isn't it.
