Well I finally made it to the great outdoors, thanks for all the tips, I actually quite enjoyed it, definitely something happens to me around 18minutes but I managed to push through it tonight. Ended up having to stop and help a collapsed man with one minute to go but I count it as a success. I will definitely get back out there for the next run. I think I may of been slower than on the treadmill but my feet left the ground so I count it as success and the scenery was much nicer than the gym. Keep going everyone I would never of believed I'd be able to run for 25 well 24 minutes ever.
