I finished ct5k a few weeks ago and would like to start adding some distance. Some earlier posts on here had links to podcasts for getting from 5 to 10k but none of the links seem to work. I think there were one with Laura from the NHS ct5k and one with somebody called Sammy -but neither is online any longer.
Does anybody here have a link to a good podcast taking you from five to ten k?

A year or so ago there were some podcasts with Laura on strength and flexibility that complemented the C25K podcasts and I followed them for a few weeks. Looking for them recently they seem to have vanished. I don't know whether they have been moved, removed or whatever. I wonder if anyone has found them?
