Week 4 run 1

Out at 6:30 and it was starting to warm up already. I haven’t run any distance for 2 years so two 5 minute jogs may be a bit taxing. As it turned out I was able to put one foot in front of the other for the allotted time and even with my perspiration running faster than me it was very enjoyable. I can’t wait to get back to the park runs. I am off to Northern Ireland in September so I wonder if I can find one when I am there.

That's made me laugh! I'm also on week 4, redoing c25k and my runs have felt pretty similar to yours this week. Parkrun still feels a long way off but those 5 minute runs suddenly makes it feel possible again. Hope you find a parkrun in Northern Ireland - there's probably a list on a website somewhere!

That's a great aim. Well done for getting out there and drip dripping. 👍😎
