I am so proud of myself I've just completed run 1 of week 4. All runs completed, I loved it.! Straight after work is my best time to go out, I've tried early mornings and it didnt seem to be for me. Now I'm just amazed at how well I'm getting through this, week one I struggled with it all then I got new running shoes that gave me awful blisters but I persevered with the help of blister plasters. I've had technology issues, the storm and then the frost. I've not been put off one little bit. I feel good! bring on friday for run 2 ๐

Well done for keeping it up. Try anti friction socks. They are like two pairs in one but they do reduce blisters. ๐ฃ๐

Well done! Iโm doing w4 r1 tomorrow and as much as Iโm enjoying it I struggled with w3r3 and itโs knocked my confidence a bit and now Iโm a bit anxious for tomorrow. Iโm going to do it though!
