Week 4 run 1

I am so proud of myself I've just completed run 1 of week 4. All runs completed, I loved it.! Straight after work is my best time to go out, I've tried early mornings and it didnt seem to be for me. Now I'm just amazed at how well I'm getting through this, week one I struggled with it all then I got new running shoes that gave me awful blisters but I persevered with the help of blister plasters. I've had technology issues, the storm and then the frost. I've not been put off one little bit. I feel good! bring on friday for run 2 ๐Ÿ˜

Well done for keeping it up. Try anti friction socks. They are like two pairs in one but they do reduce blisters. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ‘

I have a good pair of compression socks now, they work wonders no friction at all.

My last part of the run today I looked at my phone and thought yes I'm going to give it all i have for the last bit, expecting that I would have to slow down but I didnt ๐Ÿ˜.

Well done! Iโ€™m doing w4 r1 tomorrow and as much as Iโ€™m enjoying it I struggled with w3r3 and itโ€™s knocked my confidence a bit and now Iโ€™m a bit anxious for tomorrow. Iโ€™m going to do it though!

I did 4 runs on wk 3 but thankfully I felt more confident on the last run of wk 3. The main thing is getting out there and trying if it's too much walk abit. You got this! Good luck and let me know how it goes
