Week 4 Run 1

Very apprehensively after a 4 day break due to a temperature I set out at 6.00am for my first run of week 4. Found it difficult for the first 5 min run and started to walk at 4 mins as I thought when the music faded it was to say walk again but it was a one minute warning! However I am delighted to say completed the rest of the runs including the last 5 min run. Let's hope next run is a little easier and I'm back to full strength.

Very well done... keep it up and remember slow is fine:)

Make sure the exercise on rest days is being done too. As the runs get longer, the strength and stamina becomes really important :)

Well done for completing it! Some runs are more difficult than others, but take it slow and they are doable! It does get easier!

I've got one run left in week 3 (planned for this evening 😩) and am quite concerned about week 4! Well done in getting through it!
