Week 4 Run 1

Very apprehensively after a 4 day break due to a temperature I set out at 6.00am for my first run of week 4. Found it difficult for the first 5 min run and started to walk at 4 mins as I thought when the music faded it was to say walk again but it was a one minute warning! However I am delighted to say completed the rest of the runs including the last 5 min run. Let's hope next run is a little easier and I'm back to full strength.

  • Very well done... keep it up and remember slow is fine:)

    Make sure the exercise on rest days is being done too. As the runs get longer, the strength and stamina becomes really important :)

  • Well done for completing it! Some runs are more difficult than others, but take it slow and they are doable! It does get easier!

  • I've got one run left in week 3 (planned for this evening 😩) and am quite concerned about week 4! Well done in getting through it!
