Completing C5K

So today I completed C5K after 9 weeks + plus 1 day, as I didn't complete a run in week 9.

At age 61, not having run for over 20 years, and wasn't much of a runner then, just over a year from knee surgery following a torn quad, today I finished run #3. I didn't manage 5k but that doesn't matter to me - I completed 3 X 30 mins run and I'm pleased with that...!!!👍🏿
