Brilliant for starting. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here, lots of walking between runs is good as it keeps everything moving. Well done you 😊
Welcome to C25K or for most of us C230 (couch to thirty) as there is no many of us will run a 30 minute 5k in 9 weeks. It's about enjoyment, fitness and time on feet more than distance. And it works.
Been feeling good today so completed 1 of 2 this evening. Being cooler, I found it more comfortable. again the last minute was the hardest but knowing what was coming helped 😁
Anyone recommend some cheap headphones that don’t keep falling out like the apple ones do for me 😠
