I never would have thought it was possible! I can't believe that not that long ago I struggled to run for 1 min and now I've just completed 20mins continuously! Wow! I am giving myself a massive pat on the back! I can honestly say that I didn't find it as hard as I thought I would either! Me and Laura have had our issues over the last few weeks but Laura u are not that bad and I'm actually starting to quite like u! Thanks :') xx

WELL DONE for completing your first really long non-stop run! You're well on the way now and probably through the worst part. You now know you can do these longer runs and soon you will really enjoy them!

Hope you have many more feelings of elation!

Great to ready your post. I have my wk5 run three to do on Thursday. I hope I feel as positive afterwards. Well done you.

Thanks guys I've now done this run twice more just to be sure it wasn't a one off! Monday I'm heading on to week 6! Seems like I will be taking a step back but everyone says trust in the programme so that's what I will do x
