16°C is OK for running for me in tee shirt and shorts. Any warmer and I melt.

Back in mid-July last year we had a little heatwave. I'd go out early-ish and try to run. The combination of heat and humidity had me in a sweaty puddle before I'd run more than 15 minutes.

Am just getting back into running so redoing c25k, temps been a tad up n down and not got back into just wearing shorts and t shirt yet, wearing jogging bottoms a short sleeve compression top with a long sleeve breathable top over that.. No doubt I will shed some of those as time goes on.. 🥵 or get out early morning..
