Well off I went again!

I’m playing catch up now as I had a couple of problems in week 2 with my shins.

Excellent run last night, even though I was soaked by the rain and car spray!

My breathing is getting better, I’ve almost cracked it!

My little Frenchie doesn’t even look up now when I go out, love her!

Full of determination for the next run!
