W3R2 did not exactly go as wished. I think that for starters I started too fast. I sometimes forget how 'fast' my regular running pace is, going faster than is good for me. But second of all I was very quickly out of breath. Right before I went for my run, I had a video call with a colleague and I had to explain something. I talked non-stop for 30 minutes and went on my run after. I think I was already sort of out of breath because of the talking if that is possible.
Anyhow it made for a rather difficult run. Luckily the weather worked along. Grey and dreary, but dry and windless. I do hope my next run will be a bit better...
Don't be down hearted and we all get a run that feels extra hard. Least you have done it and move on to the next. Good luck in your next run πππ
For me it has to be easy, otherwise I stop π. I never get a sense of achievement if it goes hard or difficult. I only get a sense of achievement when it goes smooth and easy. Real story by the way π
Some people do some dynamic stretches before going out to start the warm up walk. It is not a bad idea if you have been sitting at your desk a lot during the day. Others say the 5 minute brisk walk is enough.
