So basically I can't believe I can run for 3 minutes, feeling on top of the world. I started the week thinking not a hope but give it a go and I can actually do it. Now I'm thinking that I will be able to go onto week 4. So feeling good today. Go everyone, thank you everyone...... Now not to eat too much π
