I post when I run as I’m always surprised I ran. Not known for fitness and never known to run. My short term goal is to complete week 4. Wenderwoo said I could call myself a runner at that point of the journey 🤪🙏

Yay, well done! I'm 1 run behind you so hopefully we will both be called runners the same week. :)

You keep on posting and,.... you were a runner, the first step you took out of the door on C25K... brilliant!

We’ll done you must feel great! & I totally understand that surprised feeling! I’m doing W3 R1 tomorrow it’s good to have a few of us at the same stage! How was the jump to 3 mins gulp?! 😂😁

Not as bad as I anticipated. I’m over 50, overweight, with good imagination so I assumed the worst. Survival was a pleasant surprise.

I think you can call yourself a runner sooner, as long as the intention is to carry on :)

I used to tell my students: "You may think you are learning to play, but we never stop learning - so when do we start playing? You are already playing, so you are a musician on a never ending road!" Hopefully the same is true of running :D

Very few of us can quite believe we're doing this! I am constantly surprised even though I've graduated now! Makes it all very exciting!

A young relative of mine who is quite overweight was tracking what was going on with her heart rate etc and 4 weeks in there had been significant positive changes. We're all getting fitter on this adventure!
