Hope it went well! I've got W3 R3 in the morning, I'm hoping the rain stays away as it is much harder to get the oomf to go out in the cold!

A bit rubbish really and very slow but I did it (after hitting a bit of a wall). W3R3 on Friday!
Well good for you! Nobody said it would be easy but you got out there and you will soon reap the benefits I'm sure. Good luck for Friday.

Sometimes.. just sometimes... if we start off without enthusiasm it can colour our run...or it can work the other way... maybe the next run will be a cheerier one for you :0
