After repeating W6 runs 1 and 2, missed running last week completely due to family stuff, I got out there this morning and completed W6 R3 and a little more.
32 minutes of running. So chuffed with myself. If I can do it with the ailments I have anyone can do it. Just go for folks xxx
Thanks for your advice. Although I’m ensuring that I warm up properly 5 to 10 mins indoors before going out plus the warm on the app I seem to be very slow in getting to finding my pace & feeling comfortable in my run. Once I’ve done the time I should, I then feel I could go on and that’s what I did today. I’m very aware that I need to be careful going at my own pace. Week7 here I come later this week. Onwards and upwards
