After repeating W6 runs 1 and 2, missed running last week completely due to family stuff, I got out there this morning and completed W6 R3 and a little more.

32 minutes of running. So chuffed with myself. If I can do it with the ailments I have anyone can do it. Just go for folks xxx

32 minutes is quite a bit more than you're expected to do in week 6.

It's the naughty step for you. 😜

Well done on completing week 6.But try and resist the temptations to run further than the program suggests.

It is still very early days and easy to pick up an injury by going further

Thanks for your advice. Although I’m ensuring that I warm up properly 5 to 10 mins indoors before going out plus the warm on the app I seem to be very slow in getting to finding my pace & feeling comfortable in my run. Once I’ve done the time I should, I then feel I could go on and that’s what I did today. I’m very aware that I need to be careful going at my own pace. Week7 here I come later this week. Onwards and upwards

Great you are doing the warmups .The advice however would still be to stick to the program .

It's very easy to pick up overuse injuries at this stage as others have found out to their cost .
