Hello, nothing to be nervous about, I did W6 R3 this morning.

Just settle down into a nice rhythm from the off. This run is for the long haul, so mentally you need to get used to the idea - there is no break coming and don't be waiting for Laura to tell you to slow down and walk, it just won't happen until the end. Then when you do hear her, she says run fast for the last 60 seconds! Knowing you're within 60 seconds, you can find something to give it a bit of a blast.

Good luck anyway, but you won't need luck, we've been well conditioned with the program to get us here.

If you've done all the other runs......you will do this too!! Slowly does it, then slow down a bit more. Go on.....smash it!!!!!!!

W6 R3 already ? I must have missed something ! You're motoring through the programme and I am sure you will be fine with the 25 mins, you can already do the 20 so it's not that much more is it ?

It does sound daunting, doesn't it? But it is feasible and strangely enough I found it easier the first time than the second. Good luck, I am sure you'll do it. Don't go to fast and come back here afterwards for some applause.

Good luck πŸ€ you can do it πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

Hi all thank you all so much for your support. Unfortunately I'm too ill to go out and run today, I am actually gutted 😯 I was on a night shift last night and had to come home early as I've got a tummy bug. Hoping to be better and able to do it tomorrow or Friday.

We are off on holiday on Saturday to Wales. And yes I am taking my running gear. Hubby has been told lol.

Thank you all again, I couldn't have got this far without all your support, this programme is just amazing. I'll be checking in once I get this run done πŸ‘
