Feeling daunted but determined...got W6,R3 Wednesday!

Hi. I was really pleased that I managed W6,R2 today, despite not feeling 100% (the reasons I'm having a hysterectomy!), but left wondering if W6,R3 will be a step too far for me...it feels like W5,R3 all over again! I know I found that easier than expected...but me...Running...for 25 minutes! Don't be silly. It was only 6 weeks ago running for a minute at a time was hard work!

Please tell me it's not that bad...it's mind over matter, like W5,R3!

You'll be fine never fear :) Each new step up is forbidding when you are working your way through the programme, believe me we all felt that :)

If you just keep in mind that as long as you go out the door there will be no "failed" runs only "Practice" ones and "Success" ones you will enjoy the effort you are putting in a lot more :)

Pretty soon you'll be at the Graduate Table with the rest of us, never doubt that :)

If you managed 20 minutes and you've done the other 2 week 6 runs, you'll do the 25 minutes, just take it slow as you'll have a few extra goes during week 7 anyway.

The rush after w6r3 is fantastic, you won't regret doing it once it's done!!

It's exactly that! These two week 6 runs will have prepared you in the same way that the 2 in week 5 did. It's only 5 minutes more. Just do it like you did for w5r3, break it down, start slow and keep it slow. You CAN Do this😊😊😊

It's really not like that big old W5R3. You can absolutely do it. The best thing about it is that once you do W6R3 then you can get all the way through W7 which are the same runs. That's where you really build up your stamina.

Just remember, slow, slow, slow! You can definitely do it!

Not what you're looking for?
