it's w6 r3 in about half an hour- I'm currently sitting in the sofa in my pj's (something I never normally do) trying to get motivation for this run! I am absolutely dreading it-25mins seems an age!

You'll be fine, trust Laura, she wouldn't ask you to do anything you weren't ready for..I remember when I did that run, I had written down all the runs for every week, but I made a mistake transcribing this one, and was expecting to do 22... "HOW MANY?" I shouted at Laura when she explained what we were going to do!
Go for it, you'll be fine... looking forward to your post in half an hour or so telling us all about it!

I am doing it later as well, and also dreading it! As other people have remarked on here, week six is a bit of a b*****d.
After the euphoria of the 20 min week 5 run 3, you expect this week to be easier, and it's not is it!
Ah well good luck, I'm sure we'll be fine. (Gulp!)
Go for it, as others have said, laura wouldn't ask you to do something if you weren't ready for it. Think positive don't let those negative thoughts get the better of you

We've all shouted at Laura, out loud in protest at her unreasonable demands. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat, are you crazeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! She is very forgiving, fortunately and ignores our protestations and being sworn at
You will be fine, you absolutely will. WE have all done it, and come out safely through to the other side that is the finish line. Get out there and do it. Don't over think it just do it. Come back and tell us how much you enjoyed it. You'll get a right buzz out of it
