60 seconds to 30 mins who’d have thunk it!!

Well having been sceptical that someone that’s avoided exercise for many years now post Covid tiredness and lack of energy I decided it was time I started to look after myself a bit better so started couch to 5k never would I have believed I’d complete week 9 run 3 and now want to push on and keep going if I can do it anyone can !
