First time writing, currently W6R1 completed, I gave up smoking in January, I needed something to fill the void and gaps where I would have been smoking. I felt quite secure at first as I was taking the drug Champix, 12 week course, it was approaching the end of the tablets, I started to feel sick whilst taking them, part fear as I knew I couldn’t take them forever. Then I found myself thinking about my health and downloaded C25K App, never considered myself a runner, thoroughly enjoying it, have entered a Race For Life end of May 😁

Well done giving up smoking is hard; but replacing it with running is wonderful!!
Wow! Great job. Quitting smoking and starting running - that's an amazing turn for better health!
