Planned to do the 28 min run this morning but pushed my self and did 30 ππ½. First time running 30 mins outside π. slower than most people but Iβm sure pace will improve with time.
If I can do it anyone can I promise. Looking forward to graduating and consolidating and then push on to get 5K under my belt π

Congratulations on running for 30 minutes, however, you shouldn't ".jump the gun" so to speak, you should run the 3/28 minute runs of week 8 before going on to the 3/30 minute runs of week 9.
