If someone had told me 9 weeks ago that I (a complete couch potato) would be able to this I would have laughed at them! Can’t quite believe I’ve got this far. I remember doing day 1 run 1 and thought my lungs were going to explode! I recently went shopping for sportswear (a complete new world to me!) and it felt great! I’m 58 and haven’t exercised properly in years. I’m loving it and hope to complete a Race for Life soon. If anyone is struggling (week 5 is a horror) then please try and carry on. It’s really worth it. If I can do it, you can too!

Well done and so close now! It’s simply staggering what you can achieve in such a short time! Enjoy the last few - they’re a blast!

Well done to you. The c25k is I believe, quite remarkable in its success at getting us all from non runners to runners. Enjoy your next run. Happy running.

Congratulations Tez! I agree, it’s a remarkable programme: I regularly surprised myself! However, I have to disagree: week 5 was my favourite! Happy running 👍
