You can take this all the way to week 9 all you have to do is believe 🤓 good luck

Congrats Duranmad! Absolutely trust this programme.... It certainly is working for me. In a few weeks time the runs might seem rather daunting, but don't listen to your head if it's telling you won't be able to - just give each session a try. You will surprise yourself. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Yeh well done you, I am a little older than you and this is by far the best thing I have done exercise wise. This forum helped me so much and motivated me through any issues and I graduated in July. Read all the links on the above messages there is some great advice and you’ll soon be addicted like me😊Happy running and well done
