Well done. Most people here are in the same boat. It does get easier and you will enjoy it more at the end. You already did the hardest step of all.

Yes I agree. Hopefully I'll still feel the same after my next run on Wednesday haha

Me too! I used to run track in high school and it was easy! Now, I am wondering how I EVER did that. I also just did my first run for week 1. Ugly...just ugly.

Yes it does - I've NEVER run before, even at school. I've made it to week 7, that's longer than any other exercise regime I've ever tried before.

Keep at it!

Well done ☺

I did up to w2r2 but my knees couldnt take it, wish id done more w1 before i moved up. Been waiting 9 days for knees to feel ok enough to start again, am not a happy bunny πŸ˜•

Just trying to say, take your time, dont push too hard and good luck 😊

Have you got correct trainers? It might be worth finding your nearest run shop that offers gait analysis. Running on the wrong shoes can do damage.

I think it was because i was away on w2 and the ground was quite uneven πŸ˜•

Fingers crossed but please don't leave it too long if you've not been checked.
