Me too! I used to run track in high school and it was easy! Now, I am wondering how I EVER did that. I also just did my first run for week 1. Ugly...just ugly.
I did up to w2r2 but my knees couldnt take it, wish id done more w1 before i moved up. Been waiting 9 days for knees to feel ok enough to start again, am not a happy bunny π
