Well done. Most people here are in the same boat. It does get easier and you will enjoy it more at the end. You already did the hardest step of all.

Me too! I used to run track in high school and it was easy! Now, I am wondering how I EVER did that. I also just did my first run for week 1. Ugly...just ugly.

Yes it does - I've NEVER run before, even at school. I've made it to week 7, that's longer than any other exercise regime I've ever tried before.

I did up to w2r2 but my knees couldnt take it, wish id done more w1 before i moved up. Been waiting 9 days for knees to feel ok enough to start again, am not a happy bunny πŸ˜•

Have you got correct trainers? It might be worth finding your nearest run shop that offers gait analysis. Running on the wrong shoes can do damage.
