Can't believe the kick I'm getting from each run completed! Now set to do wk5 run2 next. Seems a bit of a leap to run3 but I am believing in the positivity I have been reading. Thank you to everyone I have been following the tips and advice.

This running malarkey keeps making me feel all warm and fuzzy. It's very strange isn't it?

I completed WK5R3 this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

A lot of people say that this run is mind over matter and after having run it, I can say it truly is. Just think of it a running for 6 songs and it'll fly by!!

When I was looking at week 5 I had to double check that run 3 wasn't a typo. But hearing all the success stories is definitely boosting my confidence. I am truly amazed by how much has been achieved so far. Even fitted in week 5 run 1 on my birthday ...one of the best bits of the day :) Think I have definitely got the running bug!

It's amazing how quickly the running bug grabs you!! I was up and out this morning at 6:30am and was greeted by the loser beautiful sunrise ever!!(check out my page for pics).

I'm loving every minute I spend running and that is something I never thought I'd say!!
